If you’re like me then you have stashed somewhere in your fridge a container or bag of condiment packets. You know the ones you get from a fast food place, pizza delivery or restaurant. Believe it or not, one time at Taco Bell drive thru they gave us 35 packets of hot sauce !

Now what to do with them? One way we used them up was to take them when we went camping. It took less room than say a bottle of ketchup. Having extra soy sauce packets comes in handy when your making a recipe and realizing your all out of soy sauce and then remembering you have those little packets ! Crackers can always be served with soup or chile, but crush them up for topping on your favorite casserole ! Leftover parmesan packets from all that pizza and italian food can be used to coat your chicken. Sprinkle it over spaghetti or even a salad.

And lastly, how to store it all? I used to just place them in plastic baggies on the side door but decided to clean and sort them and placed them in a small drawer organizer.
